How do you use the Web?

Absolutely my job is the main área the web involved, I work as a Management Teacher and, several courses are half virtual, so I have to communicate every day with students and other teachers thru the web
But, as everybody else, I use the Web for having fun, searching information and getting social relationships.

Do you just look up information on the Web?

No. I also banking, pay bills, buy travel tickets, study, work

Talk to friends on it?

Mainly thru Facebook. I comment their activity, potos, links and they do the same. We communicate to organize parties, etc.

Search it like an enormous Yellow Pages of businesses and services?

I do. I´ve never used the yellow pages to search a telephone number or a comercial activity

What does your Web look like?

Very simple. Even that I am a curious web user, I do not have the time (or I do not spend the enough time) for customize my Web.

Do you learn from it, are you entertained by it, or does it help you to run your life?

I think all of them. Nowdays, most of the people, use the web in every single activity they do. Particularly, I enjoy reading new topics related with my work, I watch some TV programs, I search for music videos; about running my life, of course the web help me with that.

How would you characterise yourself as a ‘browser’ or ‘user’ of the Web?

I would like to say that I am a browser but I am just a user; even that, as I already said, I am a curious web user and I should do more whit it.

Do you think your usage is typical - and does it depend on your age, lifestyle, class, race, nationality or professional status?

No, my usage is not typically. But I think, mostly, the use of the web depends on age, lifestyle, class or professional status; on the other hand it does not depend on race or nationality
